CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We at DETECHIE DIGITAL ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED follow a 7 Day cancel policy for non-discounted and discounted courses purchased from our website – dice-academy.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every course you purchase from DETECHIE DIGITAL ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased course, we will accept cancellation within 7 Days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

• - All DETECHIE DIGITAL ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED purchased courses should be canceled if our teachers do not satisfy you with their quality.
• - You can cancel your purchased courses after first session.
• - If you cancel your purchased course after 3 classes, your amount will be deducted on of per class.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days.

REFUNDS

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 7 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days.Your purchased amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method.
