About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Business Development Executive to drive franchise expansion across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, franchise development, and end-to-end business acquisition, from lead generation to deal closure.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, conducting business presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully onboarding new franchisees across Pan India locations.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development & Expansion
- Drive franchise expansion initiatives across Pan India.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations and business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct initial discussions and business presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable franchise solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Business Development
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize franchise agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or MIS systems.
- Submit regular sales reports and business updates to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Prior experience in Franchise Development and Franchise Expansion across India is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
