Admission & Academic Policy

Student Enrollment Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all students enrolling at Dice Academy. By enrolling, the student agrees to comply with all the policies mentioned below.

1. Enrollment & Admission Policy

1. Admission is confirmed only after full or agreed instalment fee payment is received.
2. Seat allotment is done strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Course fees once paid are subject to the academy’s refund policy.
4. Students must provide correct personal and academic details at the time of enrolment.

2. Fee Payment Policy

1. Fees must be paid as per the selected payment plan (one-time or instalment).
2. Delays in instalment payments may result in:
   • Temporary suspension of classes
   • Restricted access to LMS/portal
   • Any offer, discount, or scholarship is non-transferable and valid only for the enrolled student.

3. Non-Refundable & Refund Policy

1. Registration/enrolment amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Fees once paid will not be refunded in cases of:
   • Change of mind
   • Personal or medical reasons
   • Job, college, or time-management issues
   • Course dissatisfaction after commencement
   • Missed classes due to personal reasons
   • No refunds will be provided after the course has started.
   • Fees are also non-transferable to another person or course.

4. Course Access & Attendance Policy

1. Regular attendance is expected for all sessions.
2. Dice Academy is not responsible for missed classes due to student absence.
3. Access to recordings (if applicable) is provided as per course policy and is time-bound.
4. Course duration extensions are not guaranteed and depend on management approval.

5. Student Code of Conduct (Behavior SOPs)

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour at all times.

Classroom & Campus Behavior

• Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of misbehaviour, harassment, abuse, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
• Use of inappropriate language, gestures, or behaviour is strictly prohibited.

Faculty Interaction

• Students must follow the communication hierarchy and class discipline rules.
• Arguments, disrespect, or confrontation with faculty or staff will lead to strict action.

Online Class & Group Etiquette

• Maintain professional conduct during online sessions.
• Spamming, offensive messages, or irrelevant discussions in official groups are not allowed.
• Sharing class links, recordings, or materials externally is strictly prohibited.

6. Disciplinary Action Policy

• Dice Academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including:
  • Verbal or written warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination of enrollment
  • In case of termination due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property Policy

• All course materials, recordings, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Dice
  Academy.
• Reproduction, resale, or sharing of materials without written permission is illegal and may lead
  to legal action.

8. Placement & Career Support Disclaimer

• Placement assistance is provided as a support service, not a job guarantee.
• Interview opportunities depend on student performance, attendance, and skill level.
• Dice Academy does not guarantee placement, salary, or job role.

9. Academy Rights

• Dice Academy reserves the right to:
  • Modify course content, schedule, or trainers if required
  • Update policies and terms without prior notice
  • Deny or cancel admission in case of policy violations

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Dice Academy, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all
the above Terms & Conditions, including behavior SOPs and the non-refundable fee policy.
