About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphics & UI/UX Faculty/Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Graphic Design, User Interface (UI), and User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students and helping them build industry-ready skills.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical sessions, designing training materials, guiding student projects, and ensuring successful learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
Conduct both online and offline sessions as per organizational requirements.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
Ensure students understand both design concepts and industry best practices.

Curriculum & Content Development

Develop and update training content in line with industry trends and technologies.
Create project-based learning modules and case studies.
Design assessments, quizzes, and evaluation criteria for students.
Contribute to curriculum enhancement and course improvements.

Student Mentoring & Support

Guide students on portfolio development and industry projects.
Mentor students on design thinking, problem-solving, and user-centric design approaches.
Provide feedback and support to improve students' technical and creative skills.
Assist students in preparing for internships and placement opportunities.

Academic Responsibilities

Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and assessment records.
Conduct periodic tests, assignments, and project evaluations.
Coordinate with the Academic Head and Placement Team regarding student performance.
Ensure timely completion of course modules and academic deliverables.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, UI/UX Design, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in UI/UX or Graphic Design will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students is preferred.
Industry experience in handling live projects and design assignments will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed CTC: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum.
